Hey, I'm Rachel

I'm a Producer, Consultant and Coach, specialising in theatre, music, opera and musical theatre (and in no particular order).

Having been blessed with a working class rural upbringing I am committed to creating a more inclusive arts industry. I know from experience that bringing people of difference together in shared endeavour can lead to innovation and international recognition.

As a creative and producer I am passionate about delivering quality work: rooted in authentic storytelling, striving for excellence and connecting hearts & minds. It's through these values I've generated a portfolio of award- winning national and international work ranging from touring productions, performances, festivals and learning & participation programmes whilst holding senior leadership positions in theatres & arts organisations.

As a consultant I support individuals and teams to better articulate their goals; from expressing your artistic vision, to success with business-changing fundraising applications, to navigating strategic changes, to strengthening organisational and team culture I can work with you to develop your road map to success.

As a coach I support individuals who are here to make change and be highly visible but need more support to do so. I provide one-off power hours, 6-week group coaching programmes or sustained long term 1-1 coaching for VIP clients. My goal is to help you maintain peace and ease whilst you gain more power and influence because it's my deeply held belief that it's our creative changemakers who will make this world a better place for all of us beyond our wildest imaginations.
